Shipping

We offer free shipping exclusively to our Retail customers whose orders will be delivered to addresses within the contiguous United States (48 states). 

Ship Time

When your order is placed, we will ship your products in 5 to 7 business days. We primarily utilize UPS, FedEx, and USPS for our customer shipments. If there are any modifications needed to the handling speed or carrier selection, please contact our customer service department for assistance. We will do our very best to assist you with your request.

International Customers

Our checkout process for international customers includes an automated quote system that calculates shipping costs, as well as all applicable duties, fees, and taxes. We strive to secure the most competitive rates from select carriers to help minimize your shipping expenses.

Customers in Alaska, Hawaii and US Territories

We currently require US customers outside the contiguous United States to contact our customer service department for a quote on shipping rates. The quote will include the shipping charge, as well as any duties, taxes, and fees. We do our very best to get the most competitive rates from various carriers to save on shipping costs.

PO Boxes

Due to the large size of many of our products, we are unable to deliver to PO boxes. Please provide a physical mailing address when placing your order.

In-Store Pick-Up

We do allow local customers to pick-up their online orders at the Colonial Mills Factory Outlet Store in Rumford, Rhode Island during our standard office hours. Please contact our customer service department with your order number to notify us if you would prefer this delivery method.
