cmi rugs are sold nationwide through select retailers. To find a retailer in your area, enter yor zip code on our store locator page. Our rugs are also available through a wide selection of online retailers.
2. Do you ship internationally?
Yes, cmi services customers outside of the United States. If you are a consumer living outside of the U.S. and are looking to purchase a single rug, one of our online retailers will be able to meet your needs.
3. Are there any minimum order quantities?
cmi has no minimum order quantity requirements.
4. What is your order turnaround time?
Our average order turnaround is less than 5 days. Our commitment is to ship all orders within 10 days of receipt.
5. Where are your products made?
All cmi rugs and accessories are proudly made in the USA at our factory in Pawtucket, Rhode Island, the birthplace of America's textile industry.
6. What size rug do I need?
An area rug is the foundation for a room. The size should allow a furniture grouping to fit completely on or completely off the rug. Please see our decorating tips page for more ideas.
7. How do I clean your rugs?
Regular vacuuming is recommended to maintain the beauty of our rugs. Periodic professional dry cleaning is also recommended. Please visit our rug care sections for more information.
8. Do I need a pad with my rug?
Floor padding is strongly recommended to prevent yarn color dye transfer and provide comfort, safety and durability.
