NEW POLICY:

Effective May 1, 2011: All charges received from UPS and Fed Ex for incorrect drop-ship addresses will be billed from cmi to the retailer.
The fee is $20.00 per incorrect address and will be billed on a monthly basis in the form of a debit memo.
